Who we are
This site is operated by Service Giant ("we", "us"). We provide pest control services in the United Kingdom and South Africa. You can reach us at info@servicegiant.global or +44 7310 888 348. For the purposes of the UK GDPR we are the data controller; for POPIA we are the responsible party.

Legal basis (UK & EU)
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) we only place non-essential cookies with your consent. Where we process personal data (for example your approximate location or the details you send us through the contact form) our lawful basis under Article 6(1) of the UK GDPR is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and, where relevant, our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Legal basis (South Africa)
We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Non-essential processing (location, analytics) relies on your voluntary, specific and informed consent under section 11(1)(a). Processing to respond to a service enquiry relies on section 11(1)(b) or (f). We do not carry out direct marketing without your prior opt-in as required by section 69.
Your rights
You may withdraw consent at any time, request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to processing. In the UK you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In South Africa you may complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za). To exercise any right, email info@servicegiant.global.
International transfers
When you opt in to location, we call the OpenStreetMap Nominatim reverse-geocoding service and OpenStreetMap tile servers, which may be hosted outside the UK/EU/South Africa. Only your approximate coordinates are shared; no other personal data is transferred.

If we materially change how we use cookies or personal data we will re-prompt for consent and update this page.
